Wildlife Resources Commission Volunteer Hours Reporting

Kacy Cook, our Wildlife Resources Commission (WRC) partner, has asked that all WakeNature participants log the time they spend on WakeNature activity for the WRC. This information helps WRC maintain levels of funding for non-game wildlife programs and activities. Reporting hours also helps Wake Nature Preserves to document the amount of free services that we offer to other partners and stakeholders.

Each person is asked to complete a WRC Volunteer Information form once - please complete and email to Kacy.

There are three ways you can log your hours - do whatever is easiest for you.

Method 1:Download the WRC reporting form, use it to log your time, and e-mail filled forms to Kacy at the end of each quarter (March / June / September / December). Use your NC Driver License on this form, do NOT use your Social Security Number.

Method 2: Keep up a spreadsheet template and e-mail it to Kacy at the end of each quarter (March / June / September / December).

Method 3: Just log your hours on the bottom of this wiki page - create a page for yourself and use it to log, for each time you work, the date, brief description of activity, hours spent, any miles driven, any meals consumed, and any money spent. WRC will harvest this information quarterly. If you need help creating a page, contact George Hess.
